What post method do you use?
You have choice of Regular Post and Express Post .
The Regular Post takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver depending on the area. The Express Post takes 1 to 2 business days to deliver if you area is within AusPost Express Network. You can check if your area is within Express Network and the status of your order on AusPost website http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html
We strongly recommend you to choose Express Post if you require your order in an urgent matter.
How much is the postage?
The postage for Regular Post is $8.5.
The postage for Express Post is $10.5.
We do offer combined postage for $4 each additional for standard post and $5 each additiona for express post.
We also offer FREE Express Post when orders over $69.
The systuem will calculate the postage automatical during checking out. But you are welcome to contact us if you have any question in regards the postage. We can be contacted via firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return an item for an exchange or refund?
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back unworn within 14 days of when you purchased it and we'll give you the choice of an exchange or refund. All exchanges not caused by the product faulty will incur a $8.5 return standard shipping fee. All refund not caused by product faulty, the postage is not refundable. Where free shipping was offerred, a processing and handling fee of $10.5 will be deducted from the refund for the first item and $5 for each additional.
All returned items are subject to quality control. Please ensure all returned items are in the same unused condition with all tags or in original hanging bags. All items with smell of perfume, shampoo, body lotion or smoke etc, will NOT be accepted for exchange or refund.
Can I cancel the order if I change my mind?
If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, even if your order has not been proceeded, the cancel will be considered as the same as Return for Refund. Please refer to our above Exchange or Refund policy.
When will my order be processed?
All the orders before 11:30am will be processed on the same business day. All the orders after 11:30am will be processed the next business day. All the orders during the weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day.
Is it safe to shop at Costume Bay?
It’s absolutely safe to shop online at Costume Bay. All transactions between your computer and Costume Bay are encrypted using SSL security certificate to guarantee you a secure shopping experience.
We don’t store your credit card details. We use ANZ eGate services and PayPal. All the credit card details are handled directly by ANZ or PayPal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Bank Deposit/Transfers. The preferred payments are by Credit Cards and PayPal. With instant payment by Credit Cards or PayPal, your order will be processed within 1 business day to ensure the earliest deliveries. For Bank Deposit/Transfer, you will need to email or ring us to receive the bank detail to place the order.
