Removal method:	Gently loosen up the lace in the front and then slowly peel off the cup, after removing, if there is sticky residue on the skin, just gently wipe with a paper towel etc.
Cleaning method:	Wash with warm water under a running tap after every use with a mild soap. If you don't wash it, sweat and dirt will cause the bra to lose stickiness. It is recommended to hand wash only. DO NOT use hot water and DO NOT machine wash. After washing, shake off excess water and then air dry naturally in a place where dust will not on stick easily. DO NOT dry with paper towels or a normal towel as this will cause weaken the sticky affect which will reduce its longevity of use. As soon as the bra is dry, reapply the transparent protective film to prevent dust sticking onto the bra.
Important:	DO NOT lose the transparent protective film. When the Invisible bra is not in use, the transparent protective film should be attached to the top. If lost you can use other forms of clean plastic to protect the sticky layer.
